Order terms

Plain English.

  1. Wholesale only. We sell to licensed cannabis retailers and other businesses. Buyers must be 21+.
  2. Packaging only. We sell empty outer gift boxes. They are not child-resistant packaging. You're responsible for filling them with products that are already in compliant packaging and for following your state's rules.
  3. Order requests. An order request on this site is not a charge. We confirm availability and email you a final mockup and an invoice within 1 business day.
  4. Mockup approval. You approve the mockup of your box, including the name or logo you confirm. Production starts after you approve the mockup and the invoice is paid in full. If an uploaded logo needs cleanup for print, we email you before printing.
  5. Payment. Paid in full by invoice before printing. Prices are per box in US dollars, plus any sales tax that applies.
  6. Timing. Printing takes about 2 to 3 weeks after approval and payment, plus shipping. Orders requested by Friday, October 30 and paid promptly are scheduled to ship by November 15, but carrier delays can happen.
  7. Changes and refunds. Contact us any time before you pay the invoice, or within 24 hours of paying, to change or cancel before printing starts. Because every box is custom printed, approved orders can't be canceled or refunded, except for printing defects, which we'll reprint.
  8. Your logo. You confirm you have the right to use the name and logo you send, and we use them only to make your boxes.
